We send out an order confirmation via email with every order, as long as you entered your email address when you checked out.<\/p>\n

If you haven\u2019t received one yet, here\u2019s what you can do to find your order confirmation email\u2026<\/p>\n

1. While we send out our order confirmations immediately, it can take up to 15 minutes for email providers to receive the email (depending on the provider). So it might be on it\u2019s way ?<\/p>\n

2. If it\u2019s been longer than\u00a015 minutes since you ordered and you still can\u2019t find it, try searching your email inbox for the subject line:\u00a0\u201cYour Healthy Hemp Oil order\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0(without the quotes).<\/p>\n

3. Lastly, try looking in the\u00a0Spam folder of your email inbox for the order confirmation. Sometimes it can end up there.<\/p>\n
