Yeah, everyone will tell you it won’t but it can depending on the test. I’m on probation and have tested positive for marijuana multiple times only using CBD products. My P.O. knows I use it and is cool about it, so I experimented to see how long it took for CBD products to not cause a false positive. If I use them the day before, I test positive but if I take a 3 day break before probation I don’t test positive for weed. All that said, if I had a terrible officer I’d have gone to jail for something that a company said wouldn’t cause a false positive. Basically, if you’re on probation or work for the government you might test positive

The medical isn’t subject to limits on THC or other Cannabinoids. For example, you don’t have people making CBN Oil in non medical settings. CBN isn’t technically illegal, but can fall under the analogue act and be prosecuted just like THC. CBD has been declared legal, but no other cannabinoid has. This means that the commercial products have to be (in theory) almost 100% CBD and have as little of other Cannabinoids as possible, while the medical CBD probably has other Cannabinoids and terpenes. That’s the only way I can see it actually being different, as CBD is the same no matter if it came from Marijuana or it was made in a lab.

Medical has all the components of the flower. CBD oil is just cbd from Hemp, no thc.

No, CBD does not cause drowsiness, no hazard while driving. Only THC makes you high. Cannabis contains both THC and CBD, while industrial hemp contains only CBD (and very little THC, like 0.01%). If an unintelligent person would try to smoke industrial hemp, it would not give them a high, it would only give them a headache.
